This one hits close to home. We know 3 families that have a child with an eating disorder. It’s such a hard thing to go through—for everyone—the child, parents, siblings, relatives, friends. The stress felt is very real and very hard.

Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions that can have significant physical consequences. They affect young people, adults, and families from all walks of life—and too often the struggle happens quietly behind closed doors.

The Calgary Eating Disorder Program (click to read more) provides specialized care, support, and treatment for children, youth, and families navigating these complex challenges. Their work helps people move toward recovery, hope, and healthier futures.
